Al met Wendy Field while getting a hair cut (when Al
had hair). It was love at first sight, he was 19, she was 17, and five years later
they were married in the Immaculate Conception Church in Dunbar, the first Vancouver
neighbourhood they would reside in. Twenty-seven years and three adult children
later the De Genova's
now call Langara Estates home, just bordering one of the Park
Board’s Sylvan public golf courses. |
